V.I. Lenin wore this jacket in Gorki during his illness, in the last years of his life. Cloth jacket, coarse-wooled, khaki colour, unlined. Attention is drawn to the front center fastener of five different-sized buttons. N. Krupskaya sewed on the buttons that were available instead of the lost ones. Probably, this jacket for Lenin was altered from the military. The jacket is badly worn, there are small tears, some of which are darned.
