Gift to I. V. Stalin for the 70th anniversary of his birth from the staff of the First Leningrad Tobacco Factory. Tobacco factory named after M. S. Uritsky (1st Leningradskaya) – one of the largest and oldest enterprises of the tobacco industry of the USSR, which produces various types of cigarettes.

“Belomorkanal” cigarettes which were produced at the factory in those years were famous throughout the entire Soviet Union. Cigarettes “Kazbek”, which belonged to the highest grades, were considered very prestigious. At one time, Stalin personally approved the drawing on a pack of these cigarettes. At the First Leningrad Tobacco Factory, a new recipe was created for “Herzegovina Flor” cigarettes, which were produced since pre-revolutionary times. It is known that Stalin filled his pipe with tobacco of these cigarettes.
